Perimenopause??? About 4 months ago began to have periods closer together-- anywhere up to one week sooner than normal (but same flow amount). Have also had small amounts of blood tinged mucus discharge anywhere from day 18 of cycle until period begins. Bad cramping is now routine just before period but only occurs on one side of body and often includes thigh and lower back area (but just on one side of body) also have bad headaches 1 to 2 days before period. I have thyroid disease but TSH is fine. Could this be perimenopause or symptoms of something else?
