i am a 45 year old woman with cardiomyopathy, and was in atrial fib., but am on meds and coumadin too. Well i was put on Premphase 0.625 about a year and a half ago, then starting bleeding for a couple months 3 weeks at a time, then said maybe i needed moy hormones changed, so Premirn 0.625 also, then the bleeding stopped for about 3 or 4 months, then was in the hospital for 2 weeks being treated for atrial fib. and cadiomyopathy and the bleeding started, then they increased my coumadin, then i really started bleeding, then saw a gyno and she took me off the premerin right away a week or so ago, about a week ago finally stopped bleeding altogether. Now today had a pap smear and an adominal and interior ultra sound and everything was fine, said my uterous was a little enlarged, so in 2 weeks she wants to do a biopsy, do you think that would be the right thing to do? also is it very painful? and the she starting talking about maybe having a D and C, and no way b/c of my heart condition.
