It's difficult to believe that with CIN 3 (you wrote dysplasia 3 which I'm presuming is the same thing) you didn't receive some treatment. Please check the pathology report (was it a 3) and whether or not you had some therapy. Can't for the life of me figure why they could find your cervix before and not now. Normally, when this happens, I recommend a second opinion to try and straighten this out. With what you've given, some things don't add up.
