Given the timing, I doubt you could be at increased risk.

The never ending question. No studies have demonstrated an increased risk of pregnancy due to standard antibiotics. On the other hand, various clinicians who prescribe birth control have stories (anecdotal evidence, to which statistics can't be applied) that suggest that antibiotics can lower the effectiveness of the pill. Some folks tell their patients "Don't worry." Others say, "If you really want to be sure, use a backup method." Some are worried about saying it's okay to rely on the pill with antibiotic use; they figure that a certain number of women will get pregnant on the pill anyhow, and if it happens while they're on antibiotic, and the clinician didn't tell them about the possibility, then they might be sued for not discussing the matter, even though there's no proof that antibiotics affect the pill.
