But I wanted to write and tell you to definately tell your doctor about this and any other symptoms you are having. This could be the key to figuring out what is wrong with you. It may be uncomfortable talking about sex to your doctor, but this may help him/her with diagnosing/helping you to feel better. I hope everything turns out okay, but please always tell your doctor any symptoms you are having, you may think they are insignificant, but they may actually be the key to a correct diagnosis. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
