When I was younger they told me they couldn't find anything wrong. I have been diagnosed with endometriosis now and I still get the pains. I'm not sure if they are related, but it might be worth looking into. IBS has been associated with Endo also. Also Pelvic Floor Dysfunction could be causing this pain. It's worth some looking into.
