He is absolutely correct about progesterone levels. Other than wearing your seat belt, eating and drinking properly, getting plenty of rest, and taking your vitamins, there is little that you can else that you can do, or need to do for that matter. The course is set, and now we just have to wait to find out what is going to happen.
