Zofran is incredibly expensive, more than $35 for a single dose in my town, and each dose is only good for 6-8 hours. You could spend thousands of dollars in a matter of weeks, and tens of thousands to treat a single woman for the average time of nausea of pregnancy. This is not going to happen in our lifetime. The typical dose is either 4 or 8 mgs.
