Biopsy Results About Breakthrough Bleeding

I just called my gyno for the results of my endometrial biopsy done during my breakthrough bleeding. He said it shows I'm on the pill. He read from the report that it said "results are consistent with hormonal changes". I asked him what that meant and again he said that it means I'm on the pill. Is that what it means? To me what does it mean by hormonal changes? I am off the pill now for my 7 days and I know I will not get a period cause I haven't since November. I asked him about the painkillers I had been taking, the ibupropen and the fiorinals and fioricets due to the traffic accident that I was in. He said that wouldn't cause breakthrough bleeding.

Does what he told me mean that the hyperplasia is under control and that I should stay on the Loestrin 120? Can I ask what causes breakthrough bleeding? What happens if it occurs again when I start up on the pill again after the 7 days is over? Thanks.
