I find the more active I am and the hotter it gets the more likely the staining is to last longer and get heavier. By the way, I did have two sonograms over the last couple of years to check the thickness of my endometrium (I was having very heavy periods with large clots)and nothing untoward showed up. Many thanks for your help with this.
