I am 23 years old and got married four years ago and now we are trying to get pregnant. My doc told me that i possibly have polycistic overies(since i have irrigular cycle). I have started treatment 3 months ago. first with clomid 50 mlg and the next mont the same dose with Glocophage 500 mlg and the third month clomid 100 mlg and Glocophage. The first two months i didnt see any surg but the third month on the day 14 i saw a surg and had an ultrasound on the day 16. The ultrasound showed a big folical that apparently did not got released. Is it possible that i still oviulate after 48 hours??? Is it nesseceray to have intercourse after 48 hours or that's hopeless??? What is the reason for not being able to release the egg??? And do i have any chance of getting pregnant??? I am really disperate and would love to hear from you
