Short answer: Dickey's Managing Contraceptive Pill Patients calls the progestational activity intermediate/high for Mircette and low for Ovcon 35. Whether you agree with his definition of progestational activity might be debatable, and I'm unprepared to debate the matter. But, in any case, I hope that answers your question.
