HI, I have the same thing with the exception of cystocele {this would be the proper term for the front bulge). The drs refused to do anything about it because they couldn't find it! Then I stood up!!! They said, and I quote "Wooo hello! Where did you come from??"!!! If you can't tell lying down, neither can they! I even had an un-necessary laparoscopy to determine where all my pelvic pain and back pain was coming from! They couldn't find a thing then either! All it took was having an exam standing and sitting. That is when I had all my symptoms too! If you need further info, I have some great sitesd available.
