There is no need to get an "official diagnosis" unless you are planning treatment. Since the quest for pregnancy precludes the treatments, there is no need to wait. Go for it. If you don't conceive, then you might want to proceed with the lap for diagnosis. Endo is suppressed by pregnancy, and does not play a role after conception.
