I am going to assume that you are just delivered, and still in the healing phase of your post-partum time. The saving grace for all OBs is that the vulva and vagina have such an unbelievable blood supply, that they will virtualy always heal up. Lacerations to the clitoris are infrequent, but I see them from time to time, and lacerations that are just below the clitoris are quite common, but they almost always heal up without complication, and there are no residual sexual issues.
