recurrent pimplsesFrom: chris (anonymous@obgyn.net)Sun, 29 Jul 2001 13:32:51 -0500 (CDT)
I am a 35 year old female. For the past 4 months I get a pimple on the inner lips of my labia. I consulted my doctor who said she could only treat it when the pimple was there, which makes sense. However this month I got a pimple on the side of clitoris which was about the size of a small pea, I popped it and pus and watery discharge followed. My concern is what could be causing this? I have never had pimples down there. My last pap in April came back fine. Could this be a hormonal thing. I am on Levlite birth control pills. The only thing I can think of is I started riding a statinery bike, could the sweating and friction cause pimples. The pimple that I popped is sore but gone. The pimples seem to roate one month on one side the next month on the other side. I am just wondering can this be a sign of cancer.
