I would add to Dr. Montgomery's response that sometimes patients with certain conditions require longer office visits than others. So, I would make sure his staff know that you are a new patient and that you have myofascial pelvic floor dysfunction. Further, I would suggest you ask the front office staff to verify that he treats this condition. It would be a shame to drive 3 hours only to find out from him that "I don't know anything about that." Best wishes,
