Claudia, First of all, you want to make sure you are not currently pregnant. Your description can fit with an ectopic or tubal pregnancy. If you are not pregnant, then this represents dysfunctional bleeding and usually is a result of some mixed up hormonal messages. You can either wait and see if your body corrects itself or you can check with your physician who can hormonally regulate it... Lynn
