I got off the pill, Ortho-cept in March(I had been on it since July of 99 after my son was born in May of 99). I was late in April and took 1 progesterone pill to jump start my period, which came the next day... My cycle was 28 days in May and 21 days in June. We tried to get pregnant in July, I took a ovu test which showed I was ovulating. I am on day 43 , took a ton of HPT and had a serum test yesterday with a Negative test. I am back on Progesterone and anxious to try again. What is up with the erratic cycles? Why is my cycle so crazy and how can I best prepare my body for conception? With my son, it took 1 month, so I know we were lucky, but I am frustrated... Thanks in advance for any guidance- Please be as specific as possible.
