In regard to the question about patches and paps/pelvics. What I want to know specifically is: Is it a requirement for the doctor to do a pap/pelvic exam if a woman wants to go on estrogen patches for menopause? In other words, would a doctor refuse to give her the patch unless she has a pap/pelvic exam? >
