Only one antibiotic (Rifampin, used for tuberculosis) is known to cause pill failure. Despite the "common wisdom" that other antibiotics do as well, it is simply not true. That being said, you may just skip the placebo pills of this cycle, and hopefully you will not have any bleeding, though it is possible that you will.
