My Dr. prescribed a vaginal suppository (3 day) which I finished last night. The inside of my vagina seems swollen and is still very tender. I has some minor bleeding during the infection. I now got my period today and it is VERY heavy and I'm having blood clots. I was changing tampons every half hour, and when I went to the bathroom each time, blood was pouring out. I'm wondering if this is normal after a yeast infection or if it could be some other reason. I have never had such a heavy period!! Thank you.
