Based upon symptomatology and a full and thorough exam, with urinary
incontinence, other procedures like a Burch procedure or sling operation
might be better than an anterior repair. As far as the posterior
repair, that may be helpful but with all that's going on, a vaginal
vault suspension may be need. Paravaginal repair may also be needed for
symptomatic relief. Your doctor may be able to do what's needed but if
you need a second opinion, a urogynecologist is the way to go.
