4 years of bleeding cervixFrom: Phil (anonymous@obgyn.net)Thu, 19 Jul 2001 09:27:46 -0500 (CDT)
I am writing here in an effort to help my girlfriend. when she was 18, four years ago, she had the lower half of her cervix removed after finding cancerous cells. Six months following the surgery she would start to bleed in between cycles. Just a little at first. Later she bleed only after sex, and now she bleeds almost all the time except for the first 5-6 days after her period. Her OBGYN saw her cervix bleeding and tried to put fake epithelial cells on it to form a scab and heal. However she never stopped bleeding. That was a month ago. She is at wits end, and needs treatment that will work, after 5 doctors with 5 different ideas her money is quickly disappearing. Any ideas on something that will work?
