I can't answer all your questions unfortunately because I am not a doctor but I to was diagnosed with annovulatory cycles..even though I was regular...but I can say that even though the reading material on clomid gives alot of negative info I did conceive on my second cycle of clomid 50mg with the help of a clear plan fertility monitor which can be purchased at any drug store (it is about 200 dollars though) and with some progesterone shots during the first trimester I have made it to 34 weeks...I was also questionable at first as to rather I should attempt clomid but I am so glad I did now..hope this helps a little Angelia
