cystocele again

Hello I am a 43 year old who had a vaginal hysterectomy, ant/post repair 18 months ago. For several months now I have had problems with stress incontinence and have recently found out that I have a cystocele again. My question is: would pelvic floor exercises solve the problem of incontinence second time around or would surgery be the most successful way to go? What surgical options are available? I am feeling very confused. Any help would be kindly appreciated. Thanks in advance Cheryl
