Hi, It did work for me for awhile, but then, I assume I had whatever I lost replaced or it was a placebo effect because about 3 mos into it, I began to be very tired and sore breasts. I stopped the creme, and the fatigue and soreness stopped too! I used progest-over the counter creme- because it was standardized. If it doesn't say this, you aren't getting what it says on the jar/tube! My friend, however, swears by it and says it has done "wonders" for her! Hope you find answers! My dr didn't believe in it either, but it did raise my blood levels back to almost normal after a month! Now he is a believer! Good Luck. Joyce
