Daniel Braun, MD: "Re: Spotting on the pill" I am 31 and hoping to start trying for my first pregnancy within the next few months, however, for the last 2 months just I have started spotting bfore my period. I am currnetly on the pill (this is to be my last month) and start spotting while I am taking active pills, about 8 days before my period starts.
