I have a similar problem and I use a dipilatory creme to remove facial hair. The first couple of times it made my skin feel waxy but now I don't have any problems. Also, since I started taking oral contraceptives I have noticed that growth has slowed significantly. I think there is a product on the market that also claims to slow growth called Vanqua but I hear it costs about $100 a month and is not covered by insurance.
