Gidge,

I didn't think that estrogen replacement like Premarin or estrace had a soy component. If you have a surgeon go in again, have them check for the endo.

If your pain becomes worse in a cyclical fashion, I really wonder if it is endo. The pain I have from adhesions varies depending on what I am doing and also partly the time of the month. The endo pain mostly is from an permantly enlarged lymph node in the lower left side. It gets very painful during a cycle.

I don't know if you can tolerate it or not, but what if you went off your HRT for a while and had your blood tested to see if you are producing anything on your own. Did you go on HRT right after your hyst? I had my blood levels checked a few weeks after(I was having severe symptoms) and I went on some after my last ovary was removed. I was in menopause. But the remnant kicked back in and it was assisted by the HRT.

Just throwing out some ideas. Hope it helps.
