A good protion of outcomes depends on the individual situation. Ifyou
had USs that showed the development of the cyst, or itlooks like a
hemmorhagic cyst on US, it may resolve spontaneously. If it does
rupture, most times it causes sharp, sudden pain, then gets better over
the next few hours. Rarely id there a serious problem wiht a rupture of
a hemmorhagic cyst.
