Any insights on this CT-Scan report? "There is a 2.8 x 2.4 cm homogeneous low density left adnexal mass probably representing an ovarian cyst or endometrioma. No other adnexall mass is seen. The uterus is normal in configuraion. There is no free fluid in the pelvis. No adenopathy is seen. There is no evidence off uretreal obstruction. The bladder is unremarkable. The bony structure are intact.

Thanks
