They really do, but here is some advice: Stay away from the Clear Plan Easy brand. (They have a kit of 5 predictors and a pregnancy test for about $25). I am on Clomid and was told to use the OPK starting on day 8,until it is positive. I don't usually ovualte until day 21 or so, so I end up going through almost 3 pkgs a month. Also, the quality of the Clear Plan Easy brand is poor. In every package, I get at least 2 that do not work. (I know it is a faulty test because the ink looks like it explodes on the inside of the window each time). I called to complain, but their customer service is poor, at best and I wrote to them with no response.

I have had the best results with the Walgreen's generic brand ($12.99).
