I decided a week ago to discontinue HRT, for fear of aggravating the endometriosis. Can you please suggest some sort of vitamin/herbal regimen? I am taking calcium supplements & drinking soy milk.I can't get in to see my doctor to discuss this for 2 weeks, so any advice is appreciated.Thank you!
