Prolapse rings

I recently sent a message on my mothers behalf, the replies were very helpful thank you. To recap my mum is 60 and has a prolapse of the bladder and womb, suggested surgery is a vaginal hysterctomy and bladder repair. She has over the past few weeks had various sized pesseries fixed with no success which has left her very tender. She is now leaving it for a while before a last attempt is made. Without a ring fitted she cannot walk or stand for long and she really is resticted and now feeling that surgery is maybe a solution for her. We have so many questions unanswered . Will the prolapse get worse by not having a ring fitted? By continually having the ring taken in and out can this make the prolapse worse ?. Should my mum be on HRT? Should she go on holiday to Malta a holiday which was booked and planned a while ago, would the plane journey affect the prolapse, would the heat, whats the worse that could happen? What can she do to now prevent to bowel from prolapse?
