Dear Dr, McIntosh,

Thanks very much for your reply. I was actually more concerned about childbirth, and whether the position of my cervix would present any additional difficulties. That may be an idiotic question; I have only a sketchy knowledge of the how all this stuff works. (I'm trying to catch up.)

And I *knew* there was something going on with those tampons!
