Jolene, First, there are no pelvic cancers that have as there presenting symptoms missed periods. Second, it is not unusual for women to occasionally miss cycles. This is most often due to anovulation, which can be cause by several things, most of which we never really track down. I would be patient and see what your cycles do. If it becomes persistent, then some testing will determine the cause... Lynn
