Re: Missed Periods - Why?

I know this may not be much comfort, but my periods were like clockwork
until I started ttc--then they went crazy. As I understand and have
heard my doctor and the doctors on this forum say, most delays in
periods are because of anovulation (not ovulating). Anovulatory cycles
happen to all women at sometime in their lives. I would not worry too
much about cancer because as I understand it, uterine cancer causes
irregular bleeding, not no bleeding. Progesterone has always worked
well for starting my periods and making me regular again.
Best Wishes.
