I would suggest going to see a Reproductive Endocrinologist (an OBGYN with special training in infertility) s/he can refer you to a place that can do a semen analysis, which is what your husband has to have done. If there are no REs in your area, a general urologist is a good place to start. When you call for the appointment, ask if they specialize or treat male infertility. An andrologist is a urologist with additional training in male infertility, but you don't need one of those unless there's a problem

FWIW, my husband is the epiotme of good health as well. He's 26 and had never even had to take antibiotics until last October, and he had a dismal semen analysis. We discovered that it was because of some supposedly harmless chemicals he was working with. As soon as he changed jobs, we got pregnant after 3 1/2 years of trying. He's since been retested and his SA is normal.
