Your uterus is enlarged. There are no masses in the uterus (I am not sure where the fibroid went). The left ovary looks enlarged, about the size of an orange, and whatever is over there needs to be removed. This could however also be related to the hydrosalpinx on that side. A total hysterectomy is certainly an option.
