I am wondering if Allesse could possibly exacerbate pre-existing muscle fatigue. I am a 33 year old female and was out of work for five weeks with mononucleosis at the beginning of the year. I have not yet returned to full strength and had lingering weakness, but I had been feeling stronger and was able to exercise by March/April. I began my Allesse prescription at the beginning of May (I have never taken birth control prior to this) and have noticed increased muscle fatigue and weakness, particularly in my legs. I have been back to my primary care physician who has run multiple blood tests and feels these symptoms are just lingering effects of the mono combined with my early return to exercise. Both my primary care physician and gynecologist have discounted the possibility of the allesse causing any weakness. Have you heard of such a symptom in connection with this pill?
