The cramps last for about 10-20 seconds and then dissapear for about 2-3 hours. I'm starting to get worried. I have always had a regular period until a year ago. Then my periods became irregular and when I did have a period it lasted for 2 months with intense bleeding and clotting. After taking bioflavaniod supplements, soy isoflavones, and applying the progesterone cream. My period finally stopped. But I have to take it again everytime I get a period or my period does not stop. I wasn't too worried about it and just thought I had a progesterone imbalance but I am now getting worried. Can you please help and tell me what these cramps without bleeding might be.
