Please Help Me!!!! My first colposcopy is June 14th what if

Please help I'm 21 yrs old and had 2 paps come back abnormal now I have to go in for my first colposcopy. I have heard stories of other women getting them done and being ok but some down the line developed into cervical cancer and biopsy's were done taking out there cervix and they couldn't have children. My dream has always been to have a child of my own and I don't want that dream taken from me so I was thinking maybe I should start having children sooner then what I had planned. If thats what it will take for me to have my own children I will do it. But I would like your advice please!
