Abdominoplasty/liposuction after hysterectomy?

Hello folks. Appreciate your website, it has always been so useful to me. Had a hysterectomy (TAH/BSO) in October of 2000 due to endometriosis Stage IV. Healing has not been as good as I expected, and my doctor thinks I have adhesions and possible endometrioma in the incision which is causing much pain in the incision area. Having MRI and followup tests to check this.

We're talking about having to possibly open me back up to fix the endometrioma, and I am wondering if I can have liposuction and abdominoplasty at that time. I am disproportionately heavy in my lower abdomen, and no matter how much I exercise and diet, it seems to remain a problem. I think this extra fat in the lower abdomen can also be pulling...and responsible for some of the difficulty I had in healing properly? I believe I also have muscle separation at the hip area that needs to be fixed. I'm wondering if it is possible/common for people to do this at the same time?
