My basic workup includes the following: ovulation predictor kit OR BBT,
HSG, endometrial biposy (to help confirm ovulation), post coital test
with ureaplasm culture, semenanalysis. I add TSH, Prolactin and
possibly other blood testsw if someone isn't getting regular cycles or
ovulating.
