Lindsay, for me this means either a yeast infection or B-Strep infection. And I *know* that IF it would be strep, you don't want to put an OTC or Rx antifungal cream on it. Best bet is to see your doctor for the accurate diagnosis. I can sympathise with you--I've had this!
