Update! Re: Weight and Body Fat

I stopped the NorQD a few weeks ago and finally just the other day I got
a period! :) This is reassuring to me that I haven't totally screwed up
my body yet. I barely eat and what I do is mostly empty calories like a
couple of sodas. I know that I need to change that. I saw a doctor
about itching a couple weeks ago. He asked about weight loss but never
did ask for any numbers. A blood test (chem-panel, TSH, CBC, sed rate)
came out all normal, so my vitamins must be helping. How accurate is
determining body size by wrapping thumb and index fingers around the
wrist? Thanks, again!
