Thank you, Dr. Marchbein, for your reply. I thought the 4-5 day frequency recommendation was not the usual. My cycles are regular (24-26 days)and I'm pretty sure I do ovulate, I have a quite a bit of mid cycle one sided pain that alternates side to side monthly and good cervical mucus; just do not pick the LH surge up with the OPK since I do drink a lot of water (live in the desert, daytime temps top 100 regularly) and have a hard time getting a true "first morning sample" as the package recommends.
