Nancy, It sounds like to me that you have significant urge symptoms. I would suggest a urogynecologic evaluation. This will first assure that things are all right within the bladder. It may be that all you need is to "train" your bladder so that you don't have such frequency. On the other hand, there may be issues with the bladder or urethral-vesicular junction-where the tube comes out of your bladder, causing your symptoms and urinary tract infections... Lynn
