I have had a vaginal hysterectomy with ovaries left intwo years ago. I have had a problem with leaking for approx. seven years. I wear something for protection but now enough is enough. When I go walking I feel like I am ready to give birth. ( I feel like something is going to come out.) The pressure is there. then it goes away. Then at times I feel sharp pains in my lower back on the right side. I don't like having to go to the doctors, for I have had several major surgeries, and I almost fear again, something is not just right. and like many I work alot of hours. Should I be concerned, Please lead me in the right direction.
